Before starting The Artiste Manquée in early 2008, I had dabbled in Web comics once before, two years earlier. Although my first comic project was very short-lived and not in any way related to this one, the two have one thing in common, which wasn't even intentional: Both of their very first strips involve a joke about suicide. I found you through your ad on dA, and it it piqued my interest. I wasn't disappointed either! Your comic strip is great; I read everything and enjoyed it quite a bit. I love the concept! Keep up the good work!
