The Artiste Manquée: A Web comic by Simon H

New Security Features

Just a little warning so you're not surprised, I've added a bit of security to the comment box on comic strips. It's pretty discreet and chances are you'll never even notice that anything is different. Basically, when you click "Submit" to post a comment, there's a very small chance, depending on the content of your post, that you will be presented with a Captcha (one of those distorted letter image things). This will ONLY happen if your comment is suspected of being a possible Spam-bot post due to having certain characteristics. For example, including a URL address in your comment will trigger this, because Spammers often post automated messages containing links to websites. So long story short, in 99% of cases you'll never even see what I'm talking about, but I like to talk about my minor site updates, so there you go.
